Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on the php356 platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
All php356 players must be at least 21 years of age. This is consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirements for all gambling activity in the Philippines. Age is verified at registration and before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold only one active php356 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.
All php356 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Terms are written in plain language. Bonus abuse — including exploitation of promotions through multiple accounts — results in forfeiture.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the php356 platform accessible at php356.org, you accept these Terms without qualification. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:
The php356 website, mobile-accessible web application, and all associated services accessible at php356.org and its subdomains.
A registered user account on the php356 Platform, created by an eligible individual upon acceptance of these Terms.
Real-money deposits made by a Player into their php356 Account, held on trust for the Player pending withdrawal or use in eligible wagers.
Promotional credits awarded by php356 to a Player's Account, subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry terms at the time of award.
The total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable Player Funds.
The identity verification process conducted by php356, requiring submission of valid government-issued identification and, where applicable, proof of address or source of funds.
Configurable account-level controls including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, accessible through Account Settings on the Platform.

To register and maintain a php356 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
php356 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification.
The Platform is operated for the Philippine market. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. php356 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
To register a php356 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or valid email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all registration information is truthful and accurate.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) php356 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where php356 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to permanently suspend all related accounts and forfeit all associated Player Funds and Bonus Funds without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. php356 will never ask for your password. You must:
php356 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
KYC verification is mandatory before a Player's first withdrawal may be processed. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include the UMID, PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, and postal ID. php356 may request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC documents submitted to php356 are processed securely and handled in accordance with the php356 Privacy Policy.
php356 accepts the following payment methods for deposits, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per account, subject to php356's transaction limits policy and applicable AML thresholds. php356 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which php356 accepts no responsibility.
All Player Funds deposited to a php356 Account are held in trust and segregated from php356's operational funds. Deposits are for the purpose of participation in games and activities on the Platform and are not investments. php356 does not pay interest on Player Fund balances.
Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal through a payment provider in respect of a php356 deposit without first contacting php356 support constitutes a material breach of these Terms. php356 reserves the right to suspend the Account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to such a chargeback, including reasonable legal costs.
Only Player Funds (i.e., deposited funds and settled winnings from real-money play, net of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request can be processed. php356 may request additional verification documents for subsequent withdrawals at its sole discretion, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
Processing times are estimates and may be affected by payment provider downtime, bank holidays, or additional verification requirements. php356 does not guarantee processing within stated timeframes under all circumstances.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's name and previously used to fund the Account, or to another verified method in the Player's name. php356 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All php356 bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each offer is made. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms set out here and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Player Funds. Wagering requirements are calculated on the Bonus Funds amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonus Funds and associated winnings expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Upon expiry, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are automatically forfeited without compensation.
php356 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-volatility outcomes to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; providing false information to qualify for a promotion; and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. Where php356 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of the abuse.
php356 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Player for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are not available in jurisdictions where such offers are prohibited by applicable law. php356 may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Each game offered on the php356 Platform is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall govern with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern with respect to Account, financial, and platform matters.
All non-live games on the php356 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. php356 does not manipulate game outcomes. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by licensed studios under conditions that prevent software manipulation of outcomes.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table, as displayed within each game interface. php356 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. High-value wagers may be subject to additional verification requirements.
In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, php356 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the relevant Players' Accounts. No compensation is payable beyond the refund of the wagered amount in such circumstances. Winnings displayed due to a technical error are not valid and are not payable.
php356 maintains server-side records of all game states. In the event of a connection interruption, game sessions will be resumed or settled based on the recorded server-side game state at the time of interruption. Players should contact support if a session is not correctly resolved upon reconnection.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request self-exclusion through Account Settings or by contacting php356 support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon processing. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended, all marketing communications will cease, and the Player will be prevented from accessing real-money gameplay. php356 will make reasonable efforts to ensure self-excluded players are not targeted by marketing, though it cannot guarantee complete prevention of all communications.

Players must not permit any individual under the age of 21 to access the Platform through their Account. Where php356 suspects that a minor has accessed the Platform, the associated Account will be suspended pending investigation. Players with minors in their household are advised to implement parental controls on devices used to access the Platform.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php356 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in civil or criminal referral:
php356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; regulatory direction; or commercial decision.
Upon Account closure, provided no grounds exist for forfeiture of funds (e.g., confirmed breach of Terms, fraud, or regulatory hold), verified Player Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. php356 shall not be liable for delays in returning funds where closure results from regulatory or legal requirements.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting php356 customer support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. php356 may require identity verification before processing a player-initiated closure.
All content on the php356 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and trade names, is the property of php356 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the php356 Platform without our prior written consent. The php356 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of php356. Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use php356's trademarks without express written permission.
php356 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, php356 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, or loss of data.
php356's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Player Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. php356 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of odds, or continuous availability, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.
php356 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the php356 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
php356 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines in all matters of personal data collection, storage, use, and disclosure. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement as required by law or by legitimate business necessity.

php356 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice where practicable.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
The current version of these Terms, with the effective date indicated at the top of this page, is always available on the php356 Platform and supersedes all prior versions.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and php356, the Player should first contact php356 customer support to seek resolution. php356 will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of a written complaint being received. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily may direct their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority with jurisdiction over php356's operations in the Philippines.
